Kidditch is a version of Quadball adapted for children and teenagers aged 6 to 16. Just like adult Quadball, the sport combines elements of handball, dodgeball and rugby, bringing running, throwing, catching and teamwork together in one game.

The most important difference: Kidditch is played without full contact. The balls, sticks and goal hoops are also slightly smaller and adapted to younger players. The different age groups generally play by the same rules, although drills and requirements during training can of course be adapted to suit the players’ ages.

Alongside the sporting aspect, the main focus is on having fun playing together: inclusive, mixed-gender and open to beginners with no prior experience. Kidditch also has a regular competition programme, including German and European Championships, where teams from different clubs compete against each other.

Have you always wanted to try out the sport from Harry Potter? Then Kidditch is just the thing for you! We’ll introduce you to the different positions: Chaser, Keeper, Beater and, of course, Seeker. You’ll get to try them all out in fun exercises. And at the end, you can even take part in a full Kidditch match!

We regularly organise open taster days, for example during the summer and autumn holidays. These give children and young people the chance to discover the sport, try it out for themselves and enjoy being part of a team.

Missed one of our taster days? No problem! Whenever we plan the next one, we’ll announce the date here on our website. So make sure to check back!

Want to bring Kidditch to you? There are also plenty of ways to try out the sport outside our taster days:
